SHIPPING POLICY

At eBikeseer, we strive to get your e-bike and cycling gear to you quickly and reliably. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Please read this policy for details on our shipping process.

1. Shipping Methods and Times

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days for e-bikes (free on orders over $500).

  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days ($50-$150 flat rate, depending on location).

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high volume. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Large items like e-bikes may require freight shipping.

2. Shipping Costs

Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. International shipping rates vary and may incur additional fees.

3. Shipping Locations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international countries. See checkout for availability.

4. Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email. Track your package via the provided link.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We'll file a claim and replace or refund as appropriate. Inspect e-bikes upon arrival for damage.

6. International Shipping

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees. We declare the exact value of items. Note: E-bikes may be subject to import restrictions.

7. Changes or Cancellations

Orders can't be changed once processed. See our Refund Policy for cancellations before shipment.
